Abstract: Information accessibility is the purpose of library service in the world.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology brings opportunities and challenges to public library service,applying it to the information accessibility service of public library is conducive to access to and use information equally and conveniently.Combing the existing related literature,it can be seen that information accessibility service is the development direction of public library under AI environment,and the literature resources,service space,auxiliary equipment and service mode of information accessibility service will be intelligent.To realize the intelligent of information accessibility service,we need to increase investment in intelligence construction,strive for legislative protection;update service concept,create information accessibility service environment; innovate service means and carry out intelligent characteristic activities.So as to drive the public library to the intelligent direction constantly, and then promote the new development of Chinese library cause.
