In the Song Dynasty,the system of prevention,control and treatment of the plague was established and led by the governments at all levels,while other social force worked as supplement.In the late Southern Song Dynasty,the central government was still the core force that adopted various medical,economic,and political approaches to prevent and control the epidemic.Local officials were the grassroots forces for the prevention and control of the plague by ways of helping the victims,treating patients,and strengthening social control.Medical doctors were the backbone of the epidemic prevention, and most of them went to the disaster area to diagnose and treat patients,dispense medicines,publish medical prescriptions,and disseminate official medical knowledge.The attitude of general public to the plague were extremely complex,and their anti-epidemic measures were multiple.Influenced by the war of Song-Jin and Song-Meng,the epidemics in military and border areas increased significantly in the late Southern Song Dynasty.With the attention and guidance of the late Southern Song government,different social classes continued to implement the epidemic prevention system,which took medical knowledge, induding sending doctors for diagnosis and treatment,dispersing drugs,setting up wards,isolating patients and burying corpses,as the key of plague control and prevention.

Green economy has become the mainstream in the worlds development,and green industry development is becoming increasingly urgent for achieving its sustainable development goals especially for Hebei Province,which has serious environmental problems.Taking the nodal cities in Hebei Province as the research object,combined with the national industrial green development goal and the actual demand of green industry development in Hebei Province,the index system,including economic growth,technology research and development,social stability,resources and environment,is established,and the evaluation is conducted from two dimensions of green industry performance and practice progress to comprehensively evaluate the green industry performance and progress of nodal cities in Hebei Province.Then,by comparing the values of green development performance and green transformation progress of each city with the median values,all evaluated cities are classified as advanced or backward in terms of current performance,and classified as active or passive in terms of the progress ingreen transformation.Four categories,which are “advancedly active”“advancedly passive”“backwardly active” and “backwardly passive”,are determined.In each category,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to enhance green industry development.The evaluation system and policy management framework can provide reference for other cities to make green development policies.

Financial supporting for rural revitalization and poverty alleviation requires not only the support of large-scale,policy-oriented financial institutions,but also the cultivation of small rural financial institutions and it needs to give full play of closeness to the people characteristics,then improving its social efficiency and serve the “three rural”.In this paper,through four-stage DEA analysis,it is found that the social efficiency of small rural financial institutions is generally low,especially pure technical efficiency,so it is very important to improve its pure technical efficiency.At the same time,the social efficiency of the new rural financial institutions is much higher than that of the traditional rural financial institutions,and is more affected by environmental factors,which plays an important role in improving the social efficiency of the overall small rural financial institutions.The social efficiency of small rural financial institutions in the four regions of East,Middle,West and Northeast and each province(city,autonomous region)has little difference,but the social efficiency of each province(city,autonomous region)is significantly different.Therefore,the development path of small rural financial institutions should be formulated according to local conditions to facilitate the improvement of overall social efficiency.

With the approaching of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing,Chinas skiing industry has entered a period of rapid development.Through the review of the development process of different stages of the public skiing market and the data research of the current situation of skiing industry,the skiing industry map is extracted.Combined with the analysis of the industrial map of skiing,this paper puts forward the views,such as skiing venues are the leader of skiing industry and skiers are the support of skiing industry and so on.Based on the analysis of the industrial map of skiing,this paper puts forward three major paths for the development of skiing industry,namely,the investment,construction and operation of skiing venues,the provision of products and services for skiing venues,and the provision of products and services for skiers.Finally,combined with the current situation of skiing industry development,that is,skiing industry map,the paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the development of skiing industry.

Based on the balance panel data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),in 2011 and 2015,the DID method was used to analyze the substitute effect of economic support and medical supply for the children of rural left-behind elderly by rural social insurance based on new rural insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.Empirical research finds that the economic support and medical supply provided by the New Rural Insurance and New Rural Cooperative Medical Care for their children are lower.The New Rural Cooperative Medical Care can increase their medical participation rate and reduce their medical worries to a certain extent.At the same time,based on the heterogeneity discussion,it is further found that the lower the individual(family)security ability is,the more obvious the substitute effect of the New Rural Insurance and New Rural Cooperative Medical Care for the care of their children will be.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the economic and medical welfare effects of social insurance policies such as the New Rural Insurance and the New Rural Cooperatives on the rural left-behind elderly,on the basis of effectively improving the standard and scope of policy subsidies,focus on the elderly care and medical dilemma of rural left-behind groups,and implement targeted preferential policies.

In the theoretical research and practical operation,the problem of supply and demand adaptation of old-age care has received much attention.However,current research is more concerned with “whether it is adapted” and “how to adapt”,but there is little discussion about the definition of adaptation.After the theoretical interpretation of the supply and demand of social services,the theoretical analysis framework for the adaptation of the supply and demand of home-care is initially constructed.Its adaptation framework generally presents a three-dimensional structure,including three consistency states for internal demand,internal supply,and between supply and demand.The adaptation target can have two expectations of “supply constraining demand” and “demand determining supply”.The former is the balance of supply and demand under a certain supply level,and the latter is the balance of supply and demand under the guidance of demand.Its operational indicators also show a two-dimensional differentiation between the controllable and the uncontrollable.In supply and demand practice,more attention should be paid to uncontrollable quantitative indicators.Based on the applicability test of the Shanghai case,the multidimensional theoretical framework can provide a more complete reference system for interpreting and measuring supply and demand adaptation of home-care.
