Abstract: Both finance and tourism have experienced the process of intermediation-disintermediation-reintermediation.Digital finance and shared tourism are typical forms of the reintermediation of finance and tourism respectively. Both digital finance and shared tourism have significant Internet attributes,which are highly compatible in terms of resource allocation concept,user group,product attributes and values,thus have a good foundation for cooperation.From the perspective of financial function,the essence of the integrated development of digital finance and shared tourism is the specific application of payment and settlement,resource allocation,risk management and information service functions of digital finance in shared tourism scene.Under the dual promotion of policies and markets,the integration of the two is deepening day by day.However,there are still problems such as online payment security and convenience needed to be improved,outdated product system,and imperfect industry credit system.Within the established framework of financial functions,these problems can be improved from three aspects:regulators,participants,and cooperation mechanism.
