Abstract: Embracing the World is one of the valuable historical experiences the Communist Party of China has acquired over the past century and an important world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought for a New Era.Connecting history and reality,we can explore the multiple implications of the CPCs insistence on “Embracing the World” from the perspective of combining Marxism with Chinas excellent traditional culture.Its political dimension is to practice the ancient motto that “those who win the support of the people win China”,and adhere to the dialectical unity of patriotism and internationalism.Its moral dimension is to uphold the concept of sincerity,concrete results,affinity and good faith,and the principle of pursuing the greater good and shared interests,uphold fairness and justice,and uphold the moral sentiment of “one world,one family”.Its civilization dimension is to adhere to the multi-civilization coexistence,adhere to the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations,and pursue common values in the civilizational surge.
