Enhancing teachers assessment literacy is the key to ensuring the quality of teaching.The study conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews on 259 college English teachers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,investigating the current situation of their assessment literacy under the online teaching mode.The research has found that teachers assessment literacy is above the average level,among which assessment knowledge is relatively solid,and assessment attitude needs to be improved.Years of Teaching experience and educational background have a significant impact on teachers assessment competence.Furthermore,teachers assessment literacy is remarkably affected by factors such as teachers assessment intention,policy and Autonomous learning,etc.Finally,it points out that the effective ways to improve teachers assessment literacy include improving teachers assessment autonomy,building a learning community and perfecting teachers assessment mechanism.

Land trusteeship is an operation mode of agricultural productive service generated by the land reform under the market economy background.It can effectively solve the problems of rural land fragmentation and rural problems like “who will farm the land and how to plant it well”.This article is based on stakeholder theory and constructs a performance evaluation index system for multiple stakeholders,including the delegate,trustee,government,and intermediary organizations,from both economic and non-economic dimensions.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the entire process of land trusteeship in Xingtang County.The study found that after participating in the full process of land trusteeship,the economic and non-economic performance of farmers was significantly improved.Secondly,the delegate took the second place,and the trusteeship organization has formed a moderate scale of land and labor management,improved agricultural quality and efficiency,and realized social value.Finally,the governments performance is the lowest,indicating that the goals of adjusting agricultural planting structure and strengthening the collective economy have not been fully achieved in the short term and need to be improved.

Existing studies rarely evaluate the carbon emission effect of digital economy scientifically and quantitatively from the perspective of the whole industry chain,and most of them analyze the impact of digital economy on regional carbon emission through the ICT industry.This paper calculates the carbon emission effect of digital economy in Hebei from the perspective of whole industry chain by constructing digital economy input-output model.The research results show that the total carbon emission of the whole industrial chain of digital economy in Hebei is second only to the six energy-intensive industries and transportation industry,which is mainly driven by trade and consumption,concentrated in the high energy consumption sectors in upstream of the industrial chain and the high-digital sectors in downstream of the industrial chain.The domestic trade and residents consumption are the main driving forces for the increase of carbon emission of digital economy in Hebei,and the carbon intensity and industry association are the dominant factors to reduce carbon emissions.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from macro and micro levels to promote scientific emission reduction of digital economy.

By focusing on the psychological motivation tendencies of employees,this study explores the impact paths and boundary conditions of self-regulatory modes on individual creativity based on regulatory mode theory,social cognition theory and conservation of resources theory.Based on the analysis of 535 matched questionnaires from 106 teams,the empirical results showed that both locomotion self-regulatory mode and assessment self-regulatory mode positively affect individual creativity,and creativity process engagement plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-regulatory modes and individual creativity.The impact of locomotion self-regulatory/assessment self-regulatory mode on creative process engagement was influenced by the cross level moderating effect of team time pressure.There was a positive moderating effect of team time pressure on the relationship between locomotion self-regulatory mode and creative process engagement,while there was a negative moderating effect on the relationship between assessment self-regulatory mode and creative process engagement.From the perspective of motivation,the impact mechanism of self regulatory modes on creativity was revealed,providing reference for team to activate subordinates work motivation and enhance creativity.

The term “paper tiger” has a long history and has been used in different periods with different meanings,but its original meaning has been continued.In the changing situation of modern times,a large number of “paper tigers” appeared in the discourse expression practice of political commentators,referring to different objects of revolution:the Qing government,imperialism,domestic and foreign reactionaries,and so on.In the early days of the founding of the Party,the early Communists initially constructed it as the constituent element of the anti-imperialist revolutionary discourse system.During the Anti-Japanese War,the Japanese invaders became the core of the “paper tiger”.“Paper tiger” expressed the publics derogation and hatred of the aggressors;at the same time,it was also a discourse struggle weapon for mobilizing the people to resist the war to the end and enhancing national cohesion.During the Yanan period,Mao Zedong proposed a series of assertions that “All reactionaries are paper tigers”,which systematically and profoundly answered the question of how to understand revolution and counter revolutionary forces.This not only constitutes an important component of Mao Zedongs political discourse,but also profoundly affects the reconstruction of anti imperialist discourse worldwide.

She County,Hebei Province is the core area of Nuwa belief in the Taihang Mountains of southern Hebei.Nuwa temples are widespread.They are often built on the top of mountains or at the highest point of mountain villages,and called the “Top”or “Grandma Top”.The Nuwa temples in She County are centered around the Wahuang Temple in Zhonghuangshan,and are distributed in a strip shape from west to east.The closer they are to the Wahuang Temple,the denser their distributions are;while the farther they are,the more sparse they are.The worship of Nuwa in the Taihang Mountains of southern Hebei had an early origin.At the end of the Tang and early Song Dynasties,the belief in Nuwa had already reached a certain scale.By the Ming and Qing Dynasties,under the multiple effects of regional cultural traditions,the high alignment between the protection of Nuwa and the demands of believers,and national policies,the belief in Nuwa reached its peak.From the perspective of the inscriptions on the tablets,there were also certain changes in the content of Nuwas belief during this period.The original deity of “cultural hero”who patched the sky gradually lost,and its “first grandmother” deity became dominant.In this transformation,Nuwas identity as an independent goddess who gave birth and protected her children became increasingly clear.
