Abstract: Xiong’an New District, which is strategic cooperation of deepening Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration, has good development conditions. The relationship between Xiong’an New District and Beijing is close. Xiong’an New District development is supported by Tianjin. The relationship between Xiong’an New District and Hebei is dependency. The relationships include functional,strategic,natural, and interest aspects. In order to promote the integration development of Xiong’an New District and Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the approaches for planning cooperation, industrial relocation and cooperation, park construction, infrastructure, functional platform should be explored. Measures such as planning, counterpart aid, system mechanism and so on should be taken.
