Abstract: In recent years,parody short videos have increasingly become a public opinion field for young subculture groups to express their rights.Because parody short video takes the Internet as the media and young netizens who master new media technology as the audience,it has different characteristics from previous subculture carriers in reflecting cultural connotation,that is,the triple composite form of opinion expression——as a tool,commodity and text for youth subculture opinion expression.“Theatre peony” series is a representative work of parody short video,which embodies the triple composite form of opinion expression.Firstly,the cultural environment of youth subculture groups is recorded through the tool form of parody short video.Secondly,through the commodity form of parody short video,the self-awareness of youth subculture groups is established and group identity is maintained.Thirdly,the text form of parody short video is used to express resistance discourse.Parody short video is a kind of transposition thinking between youth subculture groups and mainstream discourse by parody with the help of new media technology,suggesting a possible way from “resistance” to final “reconciliation”,and reflecting the new characteristics of “subculture” in the era of short video.
