Using Bourdieus social capital theory to investigate the logical starting of constructing industry-education integrated enterprises,this paper finds that capital elements combines policy and institutional arrangements,the intervention of multiple forms of economic capital,and cultural self-confidence of vocational education.Considering the value of participating vocational education autonomously,enhancing the value of human capital,building a network governance space of “government-school-industry association and enterprise”,and achieving cross-border integration of education and industry,the construction of industry-education integrated enterprises should be implemented the breakthroughs and leaps from the alien to local,from utilitarian to public welfare,from management to co-governance,from imbalance to precision,and from vague to concrete.

Based on the survey data from Freshmen of 2019 in University A,through descriptive statistics and the establishment of regression models,this study analyzes the implementation status of ethnic minority preferential policy for college entrance examination and its impact on the admission opportunities of elite university.The ethnic minority preferential policy for college entrance examination have improved the entrance opportunities of ethnic minority access to elite university.Students with poor family background and low administrative level in their home location are more likely to receive preferential policies.Therefore,the state should continue to uphold and improve the ethnic minority preferential policy for college entrance examination and improve the accuracy of this policy.At the same time,basic education resources are tilted towards the underdeveloped minority areas,improving the quality of education in all stages of minority areas,and promoting social mobility and educational equity.

Manufacturing is an important foundation of the real economy.It is the key for China to become a great manufacturing country by promoting the digital and intelligent development of manufacturing in technological innovation.As the incubator of innovation activities,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is showing strong momentum in the development of manufacturing industry.Taking the listed manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta as samples,this paper divides the technology adoption levels of enterprises in different years by using the finite mixed model,and then investigates the impact of knowledge capital investment on enterprise innovation performance.The results show that the technology adoption ability of manufacturing enterprises is generally low,and knowledge capital investment can significantly improve the enterprises productivity,while showing a positive correlation with the current stage of technology level.At the same time,the difference of enterprise heterogeneity effect is obvious,the effect of export enterprises is better than that of non-export enterprises,and the significance of private enterprises is higher than that of other ownership enterprises.

Capital regulation plays an extremely important role in reducing bank risk and improving long-term bank profitability.This paper selects the panel data of 165 Chinese commercial banks from 2013 to 2019 to conduct an empirical analysis of capital regulation,commercial bank risk taking and efficiency.The results show that the changes in cost efficiency of commercial banks are relatively flat over the years,profit efficiency fluctuates more,and the profit creation ability of Chinese commercial banks is generally lower than the cost control ability.Capital regulation required by the minimum capital adequacy ratio can induce well-capitalized commercial banks to effectively increase their capital levels,reduce risk-taking and promote their sound operation,but it is not effective for some of the small banks that are undercapitalized in the short term.A moderate increase in risk-taking by commercial banks is conducive to cost efficiency and profit efficiency,which in turn makes banks willing to further enhance risk-taking.Under capital regulation,there is an interaction mechanism between risk-taking and efficiency of commercial banks.Bank size,return on assets and GDP growth rate all have significant effects on risk-taking level and efficiency of commercial banks.
