In the Yuanyou period of Emperor Zhezong of the Northern Song Dynasty,a dozen prominent scholar-bureaucrats,such as Su Shi,Su Che,Su Song,Lv Dafang,Liu Zhi,etc,who were either Grand Councilors or Vice Grand Councilors at the time,had successively written postscripts for an article named Lishi Shuxianji in a few years time.This is a typical group postscript writing behavior of high-ranking officials.The writing time of these postscripts mostly concentrated on two time intervals,which were respectively the second and third years of Yuanyou,and the sixth and seventh years of Yuanyou.Only a few postscripts were written in the spring of the eighth year of Yuanyou,whose authors were not well-known and have left little biographical information.Excavating the local chronicles record of these postscripts,analyzing their contents,and exploring their authors resumes could correct mistakes and errors in some historical records.By outlining the social relationship between the author of the article and the writers of its postscripts,it can be seen that the change of political situation caused by clique struggle in the Yuanyou period of the Northern Song Dynasty,the coetaneous schoolmates relations related to the system of selecting officials through imperial examinations,and the different political stances of scholar-bureaucrats in the change of political situation had an intrinsic relationship with this group postscript writing behavior.Research on this topic will contribute to deepening the discussion on the communication style and mentality of scholar-bureaucrats in the Song Dynasty.

The Initial Selected Bibliography of Si Ku Quan Shu is an important document in the study of Si Ku,and a transition between Draft Classification of Compiling Si Ku Quan Shu and The General Bibliography of Si Ku Quan Shu,which has the characteristics of both inheriting and opening up.On the basis of inheriting and criticizing previous bibliography and classifications,editors of The Initial Selected Bibliography of Si Ku Quan Shu have established somewhat complete book classification system,and the system reflects the basic construction of traditional academic history and academic system by these editors.94 titles of Song Peoples Notes were recorded in the aberrant copy of The Initial Selected Bibliography of Si Ku Quan Shu.In addition,an examination on the titles,authors,editions,and authenticity of these notes was made,and a brief analysis of the length and text adding or deleting of some notes during the dissemination process was made as well.Therefore,the investigation of the literature description in The Initial Selected Bibliography of Si Ku Quan Shu is helpful to explore the early perception on Song Peoples Notes by Editors of Si Ku Quan Shu,and to thoroughly understand their criticism and acceptance of Song Peoples Notes.

The relationship between the grammatical function of the word and the frequency of the word is an important aspect of the study of Chinese word meaning attribute.Through the closed test of 258 sensory verbs in modern Chinese,the frequency of each verb in the corpus,as well as the frequency of each words sensory,non sensory,sensory and non sensory usage are investigated.Then,the frequency information of these words and their grammatical attribute information are analyzed to describe and explain the relationship between word frequency and basic functions.The results show that there are different correlations between the semantic attributes of sensory verbs and the grammatical functions of verbs.The particularity of sense verbsmeaning is reflected in its weaker action than common verbs,and its meaning generally contains a stronger description of the state of behavior,which is determined by the particularity of sense activities in human behavior.In addition,the more abundant the clustering features of words are,the smaller the aggregate of words will be,and the higher the similarity between words will be,which will be reflected in the grammatical functions and other aspects.

There is of great significance to judge the coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.In this article,the measurement method of system coupling degree is improved,and the coupling relationship between science and technology innovation and industrial development at the regional level in China from 2010 to 2017 is measured.The results show that there are still large regional differences in Chinas scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.In some regions,the input of scientific and technological innovation does not bring corresponding scientific and technological output,nor does the industrial scale and industrial structure bring corresponding industrial benefits;the coupling relationship between science and technology innovation system and industrial development system continuse to improve,some regions have entered the stage of highly coupling and coordinated development,but nearly half of them still have much room for improvement;in some regions,the coupling between regional scientific and technological innovation system and industrial development system is poor,partly due to the low stage of regional economic development,partly due to the “opposite direction”between regional scientific and technological innovation activities and industrial development activities.

According to the connotation of high-quality development,the evaluation system of economic development quality is constructed from six dimensions of economic vitality,structural optimization,scientific and technological progress,infrastructure,improvement of peoples livelihood and ecological friendship,and the quality level of economic development of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is measured by AHP model.The results show that from 2012 to 2018,the overall quality of economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has been steadily improved,and the quality gap of economic development between cities has been narrowing.However,the quality level of economic development of relevant cities presents an obvious “center—periphery” structural feature in space,and the quality of economic development of Beijing and Tianjin is significantly higher than that of cities in Hebei Province.At the same time,the radiation of Beijing and Tianjin to the surrounding cities is not obvious.

Under the background of Chinas economic slowdown,this paper analyzes the challenges of Chinas economic development and the impact of Chinas economy on the world economy,and uses the Oxford global economic model to simulate the impact of Chinas economic development.The research shows that the high level of debt and credit scale has increased the risk of sustainable development of Chinas economy,the high real estate price has accelerated the accumulation of financial risks,Sino-US trade frictions have exacerbated external risks,and the novel coronavirus epidemic has caused short-term and medium-term risks.With the deep integration of China and the world economy in terms of trade,the “Belt and Road”,capital flows,consumption,and industrial convergence,the influence of the Chinese economy on the world economy has gradually deepened.The simulation results show that if Chinas economic growth rate decreases by 1%,2% and 3% every year,the global economic growth rate will respectively decrease by 0.2%,0.5% and 0.6% in 2020.Furthermore,this article puts forward policy recommendations such as expanding corporate financing channels,preventing financial risks,controlling real estate leverage,stimulating domestic consumption,and strengthening macro-prudential supervision.

With the rapid development of inbound tourism in Hebei Province,the number of inbound tourists and the foreign exchange income of international tourism show an increasing trend.The spatial structure of inbound tourism market presents a “backward 28” structure,forming a pattern of Asian market(exclding Hong kong,Macao and Taiwan regions,China,the Same below)as the main market,Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan regions,China market and European market as the auxiliary market.On this basis,according to the competition model,Hebei inbound tourist market is divided,and the evolution characteristics of different levels of tourist market are analyzed.The results show that:in the first-class tourist market,the competitiveness of Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan regions,China and Japan is enhanced,and the pro scenery degree is increased;the competitiveness of South Korea and Russia is weakened,and the pro scenery degree is decreased;in the second-class tourist market,the competitiveness of Thailand and Indonesia is increased year by year,and the pro scenery degree fluctuates up and down,which belongs to the strong pro scenery market;in the third-class tourist market,the competitiveness of Malaysia and all European and American markets are declining.Finally,according to the evolution characteristics of the tourist market and the new coronavirus epidemic situation at this stage,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the different levels of tourist market in Hebei Province.

Internet information is crucial to the formulation and implementation of public policies.The article first analyzes the impact of Internet information on public policy information sources,information transmission in the hierarchical principal-agent relationship,and the effect of public policy implementation in the context of the Internet.Second,based on the above-mentioned impact mechanism and the premise that the government can establish a special information management agency to strengthen the collection,transmission and policy implementation of information,a public policy implementation benefit model covering Internet information is constructed on the base of Talllocks hierarchical distortion model;subsequently,this article analyzes the model and finds that the government can “force” departments at all levels to transmit public policy information as authentically as possible by controlling the information sources,or monitoring the information transmission in the government agency hierarchy through network information and netizen public opinions,so as to improve the effectiveness of public policy implementation.The government can also improve the effectiveness of public policy implementation by coordinating the level of principal-agent relationship and the span of control of government network information management department.Finally,based on the main conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

Improving the public service satisfaction of urban residents is not only an important measure to improve the quality of urbanization,but also an important way to protect peoples livelihood and enhance residents happiness.Taking the field survey of Hebei Province as an example,this paper investigated the satisfaction of urban residents public service under the background of New-type Urbanization,and empirically analyzed the factors of affecting the satisfaction of urban residents public service.The results show that the satisfaction of urban residents with commercial facilities,public transportation and urban informationization is higher,but the satisfaction with employment and entrepreneurship opportunities,market order and economic environment is lower.At the same time,age,education,economic conditions and family characteristics are important factors that affect the satisfaction of urban residents public services.Therefore,the government should increase investment in public services in third and fourth tier cities,speed up the construction of transportation facilities,encourage green travel mode,stabilize price level,expand market opening,standardize market order and create a good environment.
