The law of judges Chu Ru Ren Zui is a legal norm used since the Tang and Song dynasties to regulate judicial officials intentional or negligent misconduct in sentencing.It includes two types of Chu Ru Ren Zui by intention or by negligence.The judges criminal acts was standardized in Tang Lv Shu Yi for the first time and was continued in Song Xing Tong.In Song Dynasty,the law of Chu Ru Ren Zui,especially the law about Shi Ru Ren Zui,had fully developed,which was the peak of the development of ancient Chinese law on crimes.The Criminal Law of the Song Dynasty had the characteristics of independent application,imbalanced development,and expanded scope of application,but its implementation effect was limited.

In recent years,with the “renaissance” of virtue ethics,some scholars of English-speaking academia have proposed that Descartes’ theory of virtue should be interpreted from the perspective of virtue ethics,with Lisa Shapiro and Marcelo de Araujo as representatives.They believe that Descartes’ theory of virtue is a continuation of classical virtue ethics,and compared to the perspective of modern ethics,it should be interpreted from the perspective of virtue ethics.However,through in-depth examination of Descartes’ theory of virtue,it can be found that this position is difficult to hold.Firstly,although Descartes stipulated that “virtue is the highest good”,the connotation of this provision is hollow and does not provide moral judgment standards like other teleological virtue ethics.Secondly,he established what is moral rightness and defined virtue based on it,rather than defining the moral rightness of behavior by defining the connotation of virtue in virtue ethics.Therefore,Descartes’ theory of virtue does not conform to the core provisions of virtue ethics and cannot be simply summarized in virtue ethics.

With the development of the new generation of information technology,digital labor has become one of the important forms of labor in the capitalist society in the 21st century.The theory of alienated labor put forward by Marx more than 100 years ago can still be used to analyze the alienation of digital labor in contemporary capitalist society.The four manifestations of labor alienation analyzed by Marx are embodied in todays digital labor,and are more serious.In terms of the alienation of digital workers and labor products,some digital workers cannot own the copyright of digital products,and digital capitalists have the data of domestic consumers for free.In terms of the alienation between digital workers and the labor process,digital labor is one-sided and housewife oriented,and the labor process is monitored.In terms of the alienation of human nature,digital workers are objectified,lack autonomy,and are dominated by labor tools.In terms of alienation between people,digital workers are atomized and there is a situation of alienation in social media interactions.Under existing conditions,the alienation of digital labor can be abandoned through legislation for data rights confirmation,regular digital detoxification,guiding workers to establish a reasonable labor concept,and further developing science and technology.

This study utilized data from the China Social Comprehensive Survey(CGSS)from 2010 to 2017 to analyze the influencing factors and changing trends of elderly peoples perception of elderly care responsibilities.The results indicate that:firstly,individual characteristics have the greatest absolute impact on the cognition of elderly care responsibilities among urban elderly people,while family environment has the greatest absolute impact on the cognition of elderly care responsibilities among rural elderly people.At the same time,the relative impact of macro policies on the perception of elderly care responsibilities in rural areas has begun to emerge.Secondly,the traditional concept of raising children and preventing aging among rural elderly people has not fundamentally changed.The trend of urban elderly people choosing to rely on their own retirement is becoming increasingly evident.Finally,both urban and rural elderly people have a negative attitude towards relying on the government for elderly care,even though the governments support for elderly care is slowly increasing.In addition,this article discusses the direction of future elderly care design and some exposed issues based on research conclusions.

With the continuous implementation of ecological civilization construction,the restoration and protection of wetland ecosystems have become increasingly important,and the accounting and evaluation of wetland resource assets and liabilities have become the scientific basis for the restoration and protection of wetland ecosystems.Combining the SEEA frameworks environmental and economic accounting method with the research on Baiyangdian Wetland Resource Asset Liability Accounting,this paper explores the wetland resource asset liability accounting system,and conducts value accounting and wetland resource asset liability analysis on Baiyangdian Wetland Resources,in order to further enrich the research on environmental and economic accounting,and contribute to the improvement of regional economic policies and sustainable development.

In the context of community economy,the creation of brand communities has become a new business model for the digital development of fitness enterprises.This article analyzes typical cases from two aspects:user social interaction experience and community functional structure.It proposes that fitness brand social interaction has two main characteristics:systematic interaction mode and multi-directional interaction path.It summarizes five design strategies:interaction field construction,social identity identification,gaming incentive mechanism,full media contact construction,and self-organized content co creation.By reasonably planning the organizational structure of the community and continuously generating social interaction driving forces,we aim to enhance user brand loyalty and ultimately achieve the goal of brand value growth.

Based on the data from the Online Learning Survey of National Senior High School,this research systematically describe the situation of teacher-student interaction and student academic achievement changes of senior high school students in online teaching.The study uses the ordered multi-classification logistic regression model to analyze the impact of teacher-student interaction quality in online teaching on academic achievement changes.The results show that there is good quality of teacher-student interaction in online learning.The participation of teachers is higher,while the participation of students is relatively low.The level of teacher-student interaction in online teaching is higher for female students,urban registered students and children from high socioeconomic status families.Further research shows that the improvement of teacher-student interaction in online teaching can significantly improve the academic achievements of senior high school students.

Based on historical literature records,a re-examination of Dong Zhongshus life has been conducted,and different conclusions have been drawn from previous perspectives.Dong Zhongshu was born approximately in the seventh year of Emperor Gaozu of Han(200 BC)and passed away in the third year of the Yuanding reign of Emperor Wu of Han(114 BC);Dong Zhongshu participated in the strategy of the first year of the Jianyuan era,but the “Three Strategies for Heaven and Man” was not a strategy article of the Jianyuan era,but a national policy discussion between Dong Zhongshu and Emperor Wu of Han in the first year of the Yuanguang era;Dong Zhongshu served as the Prime Minister of Jiangdu twice,the first from the Jianyuan Policy to the third year of Jianyuan(138 BC),and the second from the second year of Yuanguang(132 BC)to the third year of Yuanshuo(126 BC);Dong Zhongshu transferred to the position of Minister of Jiaoxi in the third year of Yuanshuo(126 BC).
