高校“滴灌式”思想政治教育的本质特征、核心理念和实现方式

摘要: 高校“滴灌式”思想政治教育是现代农业滴灌技术在高校育人过程中的创造性转化和创新性发展。从本质特征看,高校“滴灌式”思想政治教育是点滴指导、细致入微的精细化教育,是循序渐进、持续滋润的渗透性教育,是对症下药、求真务实的高效化教育。从核心理念看,高校“滴灌式”思想政治教育坚持以生为本的素质教育理念、德育为先的品德教育理念、尊重差异的个性教育理念。从实现方式看,高校“滴灌式”思想政治教育采用以德为根的因材施教方式、主动贴近的点滴指导方式、潜移默化的环境育人方式。

Abstract: The “drip-irrigation” ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a creative transformation and innovative development of modern agriculture drip irrigation technology in the process of educating people in colleges and universities. Judging from the essential characteristics, the “drip-irrigation” ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a fine-educational education with meticulous guidance and nuanced meticulousness. Penetrating education with gradual and continuous nourishment is a highly effective education that aims at the right medicine and seeks truth. Seen from the core concept, the “drip-irrigation” ideological and political education in colleges and universities adheres to the concept of a student-oriented quality education, the moral education concept of moral education, and the individual education philosophy of respecting differences. Judging from the way of realization, the “drip-irrigation” ideological and political education in universities adopts the virtue-based approach of teaching students with the virtues of morals, active guidance approaches, and imperceptible environmental education methods.
