学习者建构与环境赋能:本科生课程参与度影响因素探究

Learners Construction and Environmental Empowerment:A Probe into the Influencing Factors of Undergraduate Curriculum Participation

摘要: 课程参与度是衡量本科生教育质量的过程性指标,明确课程参与度构成及其影响因素可为提高本科生课程参与度提供参考。在梳理已有文献的基础上,构建了包含两维五要素的课程参与度构成模型,其中个体参与维度包括认知参与、情感参与、行为参与,环境感知维度包括课程内环境感知和课程外环境感知,各要素间及各维度间的交互作用动态揭示了课程参与度的构成机理。基于课程参与度构成模型进一步构建了课程参与度影响因素模型,认知内驱力、认知负荷、高阶思维等影响着学习者的认知参与度;学习满意度与学习自我效能感等影响着学习者的情感参与度,笔记、讨论、实践等影响着学习者的行为参与度;课程资源媒介、学习氛围、学习活动等影响着学习者对课堂内环境的感知;家庭环境、社会环境等影响着学习者对课堂外环境的感知。各影响因素间及各维度间的交互作用动态影响着课程参与度的水平。

Abstract: Curriculum participation is a process index to measure the quality of undergraduate education.Clarifying the composition of curriculum participation and its influencing factors can provide a reference for improving undergraduate curriculum participation.On the basis of combing the existing literature,this paper constructs a composition model of curriculum participation,which includes two dimensions and five elements.The individual participation dimension includes cognitive participation,emotional participation and behavioral participation.The environmental perception dimension includes in curriculum environmental perception and out of curriculum environmental perception.The interaction between various elements and dimensions dynamically reveals the composition mechanism of curriculum participation.Based on the composition model of curriculum participation,the model of influencing factors of curriculum participation is further constructed.Cognitive drive,cognitive load and high-order thinking affect learners cognitive participation;learning satisfaction and learning self-efficacy affect learners emotional participation;notes,discussion and practice affect learners behavioral participation;curriculum resource media,learning atmosphere and learning activities affect learners perception of the environment in the classroom;family environment and social environment affect learners perception of the environment outside the classroom;and the interaction between various influencing factors and dimensions dynamically affects the level of curriculum participation.
