Research on Coupling Coordination of Continuing Education and Rural Human Capital in the Context of Rural Revitalization ——Taking North China as an Example

摘要: 继续教育是提升农村人力资本的重要手段,而农村人力资本积累进一步影响着继续教育的发展,二者存在密切的相互关系。基于改进熵权TOPSIS方法,运用耦合协调度模型,分析2014—2018年华北地区继续教育与农村人力资本的耦合协调关系。研究表明:华北地区农村人力资本对继续教育发展的促进作用较弱;华北地区继续教育与农村人力资本耦合协调度整体偏低;继续教育与农村人力资本的协调关系具有一定程度的地域差异。建议加大对继续教育的投入与保障力度,推动继续教育为农村人力资本服务;强化继续教育师资队伍建设,不断提高农村人力资本的质量;完善农村基础设施建设,吸引民间和社会投资,推动乡村人才回流。

Abstract: Continuing education is an important means to improve rural human capital,and the accumulation of rural human capital further affects the development of continuing education,and there is a close relationship between the two.Based on the improved entropy weight TOPSIS method,the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between continuing education and rural human capital in North China from 2014 to 2018.The research shows that:the development of rural human capital in North China has a weak role in promoting the development of continuing education;the degree of coupling coordination between continuing education and rural human capital in North China is generally low;the relationship between continuing education and rural human capital is relatively low;the coordination relationship has a certain degree of regional differences.It is suggested to increase investment and protection in continuing education to serve rural human capital;strengthen the building of teaching staff for continuing education to continuously improve the quality of rural human capital;improve rural infrastructure construction and attract private and social investment to promote the return of rural talents.
