摘要: 大数据时代的到来,加速了中国高等学历继续教育的转型发展。现阶段,高等学历继续教育还存在教育模式固化、精准资源匮乏、教育过程功利、网络课程资源供给动力不足的“痛点”问题。通过大数据赋能高等学历继续教育,发展教育联盟、树立大数据思维、深挖数据价值、构建学习者画像,有助于解决高等学历继续教育供需失衡矛盾,破解高等学历继续教育质量提升等难题,加快高等学历继续教育课程改革。

Abstract: The traditional motivation dichotomy regards internal motivation and external motivation as a relatively independent binary relationship.The self-determination theory of motivation integrates and reconstructs the internal structure of human motivation,and puts forward path models for the internalization of different types of motivation.Experiential curriculum teaching model for entrepreneurship education as a practical interactive teaching method respects autonomy support,constructs a teaching field in line with the growth of self-determination theory,and provides possibility to promote college students’ entrepreneurial motivation internalization.Studies have shown that an effective experiential teaching model should stand at the overall height of students’ life development,pay attention to students’ dominant position in teaching activities,organize and construct realistic teaching situations,and adopt flexible teaching methods and approaches to achieve teaching objectives.In the process of effective experiential teaching,teachers and students,students and students and students themselves are in a state of interaction and dialogue.Students’ psychological needs of“autonomy”,“competence”and“relationship”are continuously met,and their entrepreneurial motivation is gradually stimulated,optimized and strengthened.Self-determination theory is not only the guiding concept of designing theoretical model and practice scheme of experiential teaching,but also an important standard to test its teaching effectiveness.
