Abstract: Positive public opinion refers to the healthy public opinion that can provide reasonable countermeasures and suggestions or continuous impetus for the solution of social problems,so as to help certain social problems or events develop in a beneficial direction,while the opposite is negative public opinion.Public opinion environment consists of public opinion.If the public opinion in a society is dominated by positive public opinion,the positive public opinion in different fields will converge to form a positive public opinion environment.The construction of positive public opinion environment is conducive to enhancing the dissemination,guidance,influence and credibility of the mainstream media.And it is conducive to promoting social governance in China,consolidating and strengthening the mainstream ideological position.In the context of promoting the modernization of Chinas governance system and capacity,some negative public opinions at home and abroad have brought great challenges to the current construction of positive public opinion environment in China,and put forward new requirements for propaganda and ideological work.Therefore,it is necessary to avoid the generation and influence of negative public opinions;and it is essential to govern public opinions according to law,to do a good job in public opinions governance and guidance,to enhance Chinas international discourse power,and form a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of a positive public opinion environment for the whole society.Finally,positive public opinion will become the leading force of social public opinion,create a positive public opinion environment and build a good public opinion ecology.
