Abstract: Cyan plays a very important role in the Song Dynasty.Among the utensils used by the royal family in Song Dynasty,there are those who use the cyan color of the previous generation and those who change the cyan color newly,while the Zhaigong in the southern suburbs is called Qingcheng,which is unique to Northern Song Dynasty.In Song Dynasty,there are cyan uniforms and more cyan casual clothes.Women often wear cyan skirts,while men often wear cyan scarves and hats.Amid the daily utensils in Song Dynasty,the most prominent cyan colors are cyan umbrella and cyan paper.Cyan occupies a dominant position in brick and tile buildings in Song Dynasty.Cyan is deeply loved by the public,breaking through the monopoly of the government and striving for sharing.Among all the color innovations,cyan is the most brilliant in Song Dynasty,blue as the sky is the typical clothing color,peony flowers cultivate cyan color,and celadon develops to the historical peak.Cyan pigments are abundant,and azurite and indigo are the most commonly used.Like red and yellow,cyan is shared by both the noble and humble.In Song Dynasty,it can be described as respecting red,admiring yellow and loving cyan.
