Abstract: The construction of public service supply and demand relations in the joint development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas is the important task for the three local governments. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the main influence factors for the joint development, clarify the specific scope of public service projects, determine the evaluation criteria for the effective convergence, make full use of the market mechanism in providing public service, and at the same time, governments should adjust the fiscal expenditure policy, and enhance support ability for the joint development of demand for public services.In accordance with the problem oriented research methods,this paper puts forward countermeasures to meet the needs of public service in the joint development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas.
