Quality and Influencing Factors of Home-based Community Care Service ——Based on Survey Data of Three Cities in Shaanxi

Abstract

Abstract: The development of elderly care service industry aims at improving service quality for older people. This paper, taking them as the research object, evaluates home-based community care service quality based on the SERVQUAL model. In view of the present situation of the low quality of this service, the research uses factor analysis and ordinal multiple logistic regression to explore its influencing factors from five dimensions including system, economy, technology, personnel and individuals. The paper also puts forward measures from policy support, the management level, subsidy, old-age pensions for retirees, information technology support system and professional level of staff to improve the quality of home-based community care service.
