Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has always adhered to the innovation of social governance under the leadership of the Party.By taking the people as the center,and leading multiple forms of participation through Party building,great progress has been made in social governance concepts,social governance capabilities,social governance areas,and social governance effectiveness.These achievements are inseparable from the importance of leadership and scientific planning,the strong coordination and courage to take responsibilities,and the urgency of inspection and strict assessment.However,in some regions and departments,factors such as unclear goals,conservative thinking,poor mechanisms,rigid systems,insufficient staff,and low quality have hindered the healthy development of social governance innovation to a certain extent.Based on these,it is necessary for us to take the leadership of Party building as the guide and pay attention to the core role of the Party committee;with the goal of benefiting the people,to vigorously advocate the main responsibility of the government;with the support of co-governance and sharing,to strive to improve the ability of multiple participation;with the guarantee of rule of law and autonomy,to create a new situation of social governance.
