Abstract: According to the connotation of high-quality development,the evaluation system of economic development quality is constructed from six dimensions of economic vitality,structural optimization,scientific and technological progress,infrastructure,improvement of peoples livelihood and ecological friendship,and the quality level of economic development of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is measured by AHP model.The results show that from 2012 to 2018,the overall quality of economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has been steadily improved,and the quality gap of economic development between cities has been narrowing.However,the quality level of economic development of relevant cities presents an obvious “center—periphery” structural feature in space,and the quality of economic development of Beijing and Tianjin is significantly higher than that of cities in Hebei Province.At the same time,the radiation of Beijing and Tianjin to the surrounding cities is not obvious.
