Research on the Development of College English Teachers Assessment Literacy and Its Influencing Factors under the Online Teaching Mode ——Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as an Example

Abstract: Enhancing teachers assessment literacy is the key to ensuring the quality of teaching.The study conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews on 259 college English teachers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,investigating the current situation of their assessment literacy under the online teaching mode.The research has found that teachers assessment literacy is above the average level,among which assessment knowledge is relatively solid,and assessment attitude needs to be improved.Years of Teaching experience and educational background have a significant impact on teachers assessment competence.Furthermore,teachers assessment literacy is remarkably affected by factors such as teachers assessment intention,policy and Autonomous learning,etc.Finally,it points out that the effective ways to improve teachers assessment literacy include improving teachers assessment autonomy,building a learning community and perfecting teachers assessment mechanism.
