The first chapter of Lao Tzu plays a very important role in Lao Tzus philosophy and the history of Lao Tzus studies.The first chapter clearly addresses three basic issues of Lao Tzus Taoism: first,the differentiation between Tao and expression,which interprets the metaphysical meaning of “Tao”;second,the discrimination of Being or Not,revealing the transcendence,existence and unity of Tao;third,the distinction between Tao and the matter,by using “The Doorway Whence Issued all Secret Essences” as a metaphor to explain the origin of endless life of Tao,the Tao giving birth to all things,and all things respecting Tao.These three aspects fundamentally solve the ultimate concern of life: “where does the world of life come from,and where does it go”,which is the logical premise for ancient and modern philosophy to settle the meaning of life,and also the most fundamental problem that philosophy deals with.With the help of the intuition of metaphor to penetrate the “interval of Tao and expression”,Lao Tzu uses “the doorway of the mysterious female” to metaphorize the Tao body,and develops the life experience of ancient reproduction worship into a profound philosophical thought.

“Huofa” is an important thought in ancient Chinese literary and artistic creation,which was initiated by Hu Su of the Northern Song Dynasty,who advocated the new change of poetry with“Huofa”.Su Shi was very important to the promotion of“Huofa”.Su Shi put forward the idea of“Tao is based on faith,and the law is based on wisdom”,and“sticking to Tao to make the law alive”,opposed“dead law”,regarded“living law”as“Tao”and the nature of life of all things,and determined the basic meaning and direction of life of“Huofa”.Lv Benzhong believed that“Huofa”was“there is a definite law without a definite law,and there is a definite law without a definite law”,and then he implemented it to the dimension of self life.Zhang Yuangan and Yang Wanli further expounded the theory of“Huofa”.The Neo Confucianism of the Song Dynasty was characterized by its vividness and flexibility.The theme of“vividness and profusion”was often explored by Neo Confucians.The“vividness” of Confucianism is the principle of all things,the method of learning,and the principle of literature and art.The“living”of Zen was an important ideological source of the concept of“Huofa”.The“understanding the implications between lines” has always been the beginning of Zen monks in the Song Dynasty.Yuanwu Keqin and Dahui Zonggao have talked about it for many times,which had a great impact on“Huofa”concept of Lv Benzhong and Yang Wanli.Zhu Tingzhen,Shi Tao and others in the Qing Dynasty directly interpreted“Huofa”as“ultimate Law”and“No law as Law”.The concept of“Huofa”in ancient China condensed the deep thinking of the life of all things in the universe.

The government of Song Dynasty established relatively complete medical reserve institutions and drug safety supervision measures.The Hanlin Yiguan Yuan and Taifu Si Yaoan were the highest medical administrative and medical management institutions during the Northern and Southern Song Dynasty.The manufacturing and reserve institutions of the imperial medicines consisted of the Hanlin YiguanYuan,Yuyao Yuan and Shangyao Ju.The official medicine storehouses,which included Xiangyao Ku,Zhuyu Xiangyao Ku,Yaomi Ku,Houyuan Dongmen Yaoku,Jizhuang Ku and others,reserved various precious medicinal materials and Chinese patent drugs required by the emperor and the court.The official medicinal institutions,which consisted of Shiyi Wu Maiyao Suo,Shoumai Yocai Suo,Taiyiju Shuyao Suo,Heji Ju and Huimin Ju,were responsible for the procurement of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the production,reserve and sales of Chinese patent drugs.The local governments in Song Dynasty and Huimin Ju of Zongling Suo,Dutong Si and Anfu Si in Southern Song were not only in charge of the production and sales of local medicines,but also managed medicine reserve.The department of Shi Bo Si in Quanzhou,Mingzhou,Guangzhou,Dengzhou and others,were in charge of the registration,identification,reserve of overseas medicinal materials and transporting to the capital.In order to ensure the quality and safety of medicines,the Song Dynasty government not only formulated systems for storage,inventory,registration,and destruction of medicines,but also strictly carried out the inspection of drugs in and out of the warehouse,and severely cracked down on the illegal acts of theft,forgery,counterfeiting and stealing and selling government drugs.

Using the textual research methods of “mutual seeking of five aspects of form,application meaning,sound,and order” and taking Grand Chinese Dictionary and ZhonghuaZihai as the clue,we try to make a sequent investigation on 20 knotty characters in the large-sized dictionaries.Our textual research includes those corrupt glyph,those without being corrected according to orthography,those that make mistakes in the identification of variant characters,those with unclear pronunciation or wrong phonetic notation,those with unclear meaning or wrong interpretation,those which do not discriminate homographs,and those whose textual research can be discussed.

Cognitive sociolinguistics is a new discipline,so there are few theoretical research achievements of cognitive sociolinguistics in China.According to the current situation of cognitive sociolinguistics in foreign countries,we should collect as much information as possible about the theoretical research of cognitive sociolinguistics in foreign countries.This paper summarizes the three stages of the development of cognitive sociolinguistics,and makes an analysis and introduction through the development and research scope of cognitive sociolinguistics,which can add some viewpoints and thoughts for the domestic cognitive sociolinguistics in research and application.

Yevgeny Onegin,as a classical narrative pattern of Russian literature,has always been a key research object in academia.However,there were few studies analyzing such pattern from the viewpoint of mythopoeia.According to the theory of contradiction analysis and mythological archetypes,the author figures out the“unchanged”mythological thinking and the“changing”narrative plot of the love story in Yevgeny Onegin accord with the law of unity and struggle of opposites,which constitutes a paradoxical archetype.The author observes that such archetype of contradiction in Yevgeny Onegin is reflected in 20th century narrative of love stories.In addition,in accordance with the Northrop Frye’ theory of myths,the general evolution of narratives of Russian love stories in the 19th and 20th centuries follows the law of cyclic evolution of myths,that is,the cycle of the seasons,which reflects the changes in the Russian nation’s cognition of love in the above two centuries,which conforms to the evolution law of love narrative from the golden age to the silver age,the bronze age to the black iron age,and is also a process of changes in the humanistic connotation embodied behind national love.Therefore, the changeable Russian nation’s constant love cultural thinking can be grasped from the perspective of mythological poetics.

According to Burton Clarks “triangle of coordination”,the operation mechanism of university governance is based on the relationship and interaction of the three basic elements of government,university and market.From the perspective of historical development,Brazilian universities have experienced the changes of three governance models,namely the dual governance model under the federal centralization,the collective co-determination model under the democratic wave,and the governance model under the new public management.In the process of transformation of the governance model of Brazilian universities,the relationship between the government and universities,administration and academia,and universities and the market has been constantly adjusted with the changes of the times.The current Brazilian university governance is also facing some problems,such as the erosion of university ideas by excessive marketization,the damage to university autonomy by the far-right government,and the restriction of university development by a single financial model.

As an important strategic measure to promote the modernization of government governance system and governance capacity,the construction of digital government is not only a simple problem of technological change,but also an exponential deep integration of information technology,organization and environment after the superposition and fission of technology and governance.The existing research lacks in-depth exploration of the influencing factors of the differentiated path of digital government construction.Taking TOE as the analysis framework,this paper adopts the method of combining NCA and fsQCA to deeply explore the influencing factors and promotion path of high-level digital government construction in 31 provinces(cities and districts)in China from the perspective of configuration.The research finds that:policy driven is a necessary condition for the construction of digital government,and is the institutional guarantee for the construction and development of digital government;there are differences in the path of high-level digital government construction,and the appropriate combination of different influencing factors can promote high-level digital government construction;under the combination of specific resource elements,improving technical capacity and strengthening financial supply capacity and policy driving are indispensable conditions for rapidly promoting the construction of digital government.The research will help deepen the complex causal mechanism behind the construction of digital government in China,and provide reference for building a differentiated high-level digital government according to local conditions.

Equipment manufacturing industry is not only an important weapon of our country,but also an important symbol of a regions industrial strength.This paper analyzes the overall development of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province during the “13th Five Year Plan” period,evaluates the status of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province in the whole country from the perspectives of industry scale and industry concentration,uses DEA-CCR model to compare the operation efficiency of each subdivided industry of equipment manufacturing industry with other administrative regions,and uses DEA-Malmquist index model to calculate the change of total factor productivity of each subdivided industry of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province in the past five years.The research shows that during the “13th Five Year Plan” period,the growth rate of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is faster than the average growth rate of industry in the province,but the growth fluctuates greatly,the profit margin is low,the development of each sub industry is unbalanced,the overall scale and industry concentration are not prominent in the country,and the operation efficiency lags behind many eastern and central provinces and cities.In the past five years,although the technological progress contribution of the four sub industries of special equipment manufacturing,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,instrument manufacturing and automobile manufacturing is relatively obvious,and the technical efficiency of the three sub industries of metal products manufacturing,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing and instrument manufacturing is relatively outstanding,the growth of total factor productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is slow.In view of the existing quality and efficiency problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the scale efficiency,industry operation efficiency,factor allocation efficiency and optimizing the industry development environment of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.

The promulgation of Civil Code has opened a new journey of codification in China.Since the reform and opening up,Chinas economic law legislation has gone through the stages of initial creation,deepening development and high-quality development.In different times,the focus areas of legislation are different,and the legislative characteristics presented are also different.A comprehensive review of the legislative practice of Chinas economic law shows that the legislation of economic law cannot effectively respond to the new positioning of the relationship between the government and the market,and the research of economic law cannot provide sufficient theoretical support for the legislation of economic law.In addition to its own limitations,the legislation of economic law and even the codification of economic law are still blocked.Focusing on the goal of codification of economic law,absorbing and drawing on the successful experience of the compilation of Civil Code,the goal orientation and future trend of economic law legislation is to take codification as a long-term goal,seize the opportunity of systematization brought by codification,and effectively strengthen the theoretical basis and practical basis of systematization of economic law by strengthening theoretical consensus,consolidating practical basis,and defining relevant relationships.

China-ASEAN cross-border telemarketing fraud cases are increasing year by year.China has difficulties in obtaining evidence,recovering criminal property and arresting criminals on these cases,and needs cooperation with ASEAN countries in police work.Based on good political and legal foundation,China and ASEAN have already developed police cooperation mode such as police intelligence sharing,joint arrest of suspect,transferring repatriated suspect and resident police liaison officer.However,there are still some related problems,such as the insufficient supply of legal resources on which cooperation is based,the informal establishment of the police intelligence information sharing mechanism without being formally extablished,and the improvement of the law enforcement cooperation mechanism.So China and ASEAN need to tamp the legal foundation of cross-border telemarketing fraud police cooperation,perfect police intelligence information sharing mechanism and explore the establishment of a unified police cooperation organization.
