Abstract: The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China profoundly explains a series of major theoretical and practical issues concerning the adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,describs the grand blueprint for building a socialist modern country in all respects and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-round way,is a political declaration and action program for the Party to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups to win a new victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is a programmatic document of Marxism.To study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we must fully grasp the world outlook,methodology,and positions,viewpoints and methods of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era;comprehensively grasp the profound connotation and significance of the great changes in the new era in the decade;comprehensively grasp the Chinese characteristics,essential requirements and major principles of Chinese path to modernization;and comprehensively grasp the strategic arrangements made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
