摘要/Abstract

摘要： 按照创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念，构建了由发展指数、协同指数、生态文明指数、人口发展指数、企业发展指数等五大指数构成的指标体系，并运用这一指标体系对京津冀协同发展状况进行测度和分析，得出一些基本判断，如从发展指数看，北京核心地位稳固，三地发展水平落差有缩小趋势，京津冀三地新旧驱动力处于“换挡期”；从协同指数看，北京外溢效应显著，三地互投活跃并向产业轴发展带集聚，产业协同和转型升级步伐加快等。

Abstract: According to the Five Development Concepts as innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, there is an index system being established: development index, collaborative index, ecological civilization index, population development index and enterprises development index. Based on this index system to measure and analyze the situation of collaborative development in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, we have drawn some basic judgments. According to the development index, Beijing holds a stable position in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas, the gap between three provinces has shrunk, and the old and new driving force of these three areas is in the “shift period”. According to the collaborative index, the spillover effect of Beijing is remarkable; the mutual investment in Beijing Tianjin Hebei is active and gathers to industrial axis development zone; the pace of collaborative development and transfer updating speeds fast.
