Analysis of the Cause of the Departmental Interest Conflict in the Public Policy Making Process

Abstract: The formulation of public policy is an extremely complex process.Education policy formulation is a process of action by the party and government's decision making system on the education policy issues that have been faced.A policy formulation is the process of a variety of forces competing with each other.In the process of education policy formulation,the main body of the participation of policy formulation and the different levels within the main body are involved in making the whole process of public policy.All sorts of conflicts occurring between the education department and the department of resource allocation,concurrence or interests of the relevant departments,have their inherent need or the behavior motivation,and the motivation is nothing more than the various departments of the pursuit of their own power,interests,achievements and value.
