Abstract: Due to the threat of many risks, Xi Jinping puts forward a community of shared future for mankind, which is our common welfare. A community of shared future for mankind advocates dealing with risks together including all civilizations, as well as emphasizes on giving people practical care with practical actions. It calls for co-construction and sharing and using many kinds of communities to disperse the threat of risks. It learns from historical experiences and explores the continuous motivations for human solidarity.
