Abstract: In the new era,the construction of Chinas Internet ideology system must focus on building a perfect network supervision system,governance system,risk assessment system,security system and other aspects,establish a network public opinion monitoring system,improve the network content review system,improve the network qualification review system and online information real-time monitoring and tracking system,strengthen the legal,administrative and technological governance of the Internet,improve the Internet space monitoring system,public opinion research and judgment mechanism,emergency warning mechanism,response or crisis handling mechanism,summary and evaluation mechanism,and improve the public opinion guidance mechanism,the social reward and punishment mechanism,the interest adjustment mechanism,and the funding guarantee mechanism.
