The Formation of Naming of Yuhuangmiao Culture and Its Ethnicity HONG Meng Journal of Hebei University(Philosophy and Social Science)    2022, 47 (5): 81-90.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1005-6378.2022.05.010 Abstract （612）      PDF（pc） （1367KB）（355）       Knowledge map    Save Yuhuangmiao culture is an important archaeological culture distributed in the mountainous area of northern Hebei from the middle of the Spring and Autumn Period to the middle of the Warring States Period,which belongs to the main representative of the late northern bronze culture discovered so far in the eastern section of the Great Wall in northern China.The formation of the name of Yuhuangmiao culture is a history of discovery and research of this culture,and it has gone through many twists and turns due to being mixed with nationality cognition.The issue of ethnicity has always been a hot issue of this culture.Combined with the understanding of the location of time and space and the source of culture,this culture is located in the western region adjacent to the Sanggan River Valley.It is the remains of the Dairong tribe.Dairong is a new tribe formed by taking the Di people as the main body and integrating many people from different sources.The composition of the population and its change process should be very complex.The name of Dongqu nationality located in the hinterland of Yanshan is still difficult to be identified for a time.It is likely that this is the historical process of Dairong and Shanrong coexisting and Dairong gradually replacing Shanrong. Influencing Factors and Advancing Path of High-level Digital Government Construction FENG Zhaorui Journal of Hebei University(Philosophy and Social Science)    2022, 47 (6): 117-130.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1005-6378.2022.06.013 Abstract （393）      PDF（pc） （1848KB）（305）       Knowledge map    Save As an important strategic measure to promote the modernization of government governance system and governance capacity,the construction of digital government is not only a simple problem of technological change,but also an exponential deep integration of information technology,organization and environment after the superposition and fission of technology and governance.The existing research lacks in-depth exploration of the influencing factors of the differentiated path of digital government construction.Taking TOE as the analysis framework,this paper adopts the method of combining NCA and fsQCA to deeply explore the influencing factors and promotion path of high-level digital government construction in 31 provinces(cities and districts)in China from the perspective of configuration.The research finds that:policy driven is a necessary condition for the construction of digital government,and is the institutional guarantee for the construction and development of digital government;there are differences in the path of high-level digital government construction,and the appropriate combination of different influencing factors can promote high-level digital government construction;under the combination of specific resource elements,improving technical capacity and strengthening financial supply capacity and policy driving are indispensable conditions for rapidly promoting the construction of digital government.The research will help deepen the complex causal mechanism behind the construction of digital government in China,and provide reference for building a differentiated high-level digital government according to local conditions.
